Please, register your team and coaches at the accreditation between 12 noon and 4 PM. The accreditation will take place in the lobby of the host hotel, Delta Fredericton. |
| | 2:00 PM-3:00 PM | Course Walk Through
This tour through Odell park will show you the highlights of our course, as well as allow teams to view the facilities we will be using for the races on Nov 13th. Teams will meet in front of the Odell Park lodge no later than 2 PM. Please use the 350 Rockwood Avenue entrance. Parking is available in the front parking lot for vans, and across the road in the CARIS parking lot for busses. |
| | 5:30 PM-7:00 PM | Pasta Dinner
Opening Ceremonies will take place during the pasta dinner at 5:30 PM on Friday, November 12, 2010. The Dinner will be held at St. Thomas University's George Martin Hall. Dress for this dinner is casual. |
| | 8:00 PM-9:00 PM | Coaches Meeting
The Coaches meeting will take place in the host hotel, Delta Fredericton. This meeting is mandatory, therefore teams must have at least one coach present. Start boxes will be drawn as well as timings, rules and protocols confirmed. |
| | | | Saturday, November 13, 2010 | | 12:00 PM-1:00 PM | Women's Race
This 5 KM run will take place in Odell Park at 12 PM. |
| | 1:00 PM-2:00 PM | Men's Race
This 8 KM race will take place in Odell park at 1 PM. |
| | 5:00 PM-9:00 PM | Awards Banquet
This event will take place at the host hotel, Delta Fredericton. Beginning at 5:00 PM, the awards banquet will be a served dinner, with a former Olympian guest speaker. Awards will take place during tea and coffee. |
